Wonderful Stay!
My husband and I stayed at Loft Habana for 5 nights, and it was truly one of the highlights of our time in Cuba. Laura and her team were extremely responsive and welcoming for the duration of our stay. They gave us valuable tips for navigating the city and recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The rooftop bar/restaurant was an incredible place for us to relax and take in the ocean views. Thank you for our wonderful stay!

The rooms at this property are spacious and beautiful! Very clean and neat, comfortable beds, toilets that flush properly (not common in Cuba) in-room safe. The staff was wonderful, restaurant and breakfasts were some of the best we have had in Cuba. Area is super, walk on the Malacon, into Old Habana, to the San Jose Market, or many restaurants. Super stay, thank you!

Very nice great location
From the moment i walked in everything was anazing. This is an exceptional place to stay. The staff was very friendly. The space was very clean. There were a few things that needed attention. The listing says tv. Although i had a tv in my room it did not work and when i inquired about it i was basically blown off and told i didnt need it. Which wasnt the point at all i wanted it. I am a solo traveler the internet in the room is non existence so the tv would have been nice. I never got it. I also informed the ladies that i did not need maid service i didnt need anything done to my room. They came in anyway. Transportation was a bit iffy i was quoted a price before my trip but then was later sent information with different and cheaper prices that were not offered to me. I requested a cancel of my drop to the airport a few hours ahead of time which wasnt received in time but the odd thing is the lady who cleaned my room tells the concierge that i need to pay for my ride directly to the hotel and not the driver. First im confused on whe shes even in that conversation and then i asked before i even arrived who i paid and was told the driver now your telling me the hotel?? Those are the few issue i had. It wouldn't stop me from staying again but i would definitely be more aware. The bartender i believe Omar was exceptional in taking care of me.

Great hidden gem
Very comfortable place to stay in Old Havana. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is limited but fantastic. Of course wifi in all of Cuba is tough so on business and being limited to common areas was a challenge but all in all I’d stay here again.
