Not Clean & Insufficient Breakfast
The room was adequate but the carpet needed to be cleaned and the tile floors were dirty. The breakfast grab & go had only yogurt as a protein. The fruit was inadequate and the strawberries were moldy. There were no spoons for the yogurt. Even though it is an “Econolodge”, the owner can still keep it clean and offer sufficient breakfast as advertised.

4/10 Fair

This place was super dirty. It's an older property and I could tell that from the pics online. I figured that's fine, that's why it's cheaper. But it was filthy. The carpet was nasty. Stains everywhere. The bathroom was the worst. We took showers that night and there was soap scum all over the bottom of the bathtub. It was gross. Blood stains on one of my pillow cases. I will say, there were no bugs that I found. And I looked. I even pulled back the mattress topper and felt safe enough to sleep there so we stayed. But I wasn't walking across that floor without my shoes on.Someone did try to walk in our room at 4:45 that morning, but I think they just misjudged which door was theirs. I had used the deadbolt (this is a motel type facility with outside entrances), but it still made me nervous that the doorjam was so old. There are also no outlets to be found anywhere. I had to plug everything in by the bathroom on a little desk there to charge my phone, watch, etc.. There were people at the pool and driving by it looked clean and well taken care of. Breakfast isn't out until 8 so we were unable to take advantage of that as we had to be on the road at 7:30. This facility really needs a good cleaning and a renovation where the cleaning won't help. The staff was friendly.
