Paid for a 2bd/2ba. Notified the property immediately about a broken bed frame. We kept telling the property daily about the issue. Property never fixed issue during the entire 4 night stay. Property never called back as they said they would to remedy the issue. Therefore, we were down to only 1 bed for our entire stay.

Smelly Disappointment
The smart lock took too long to open/close. The door looked as if it had been jimmied open at one point. I didn’t feel safe. The space had an aweful tight smell. urine smell and stains soaked the couch and carpet. The carpet was not vacuumed. Stains on chairs and throw pillows. Bathrooms were not cleaned. Long story short, I went to the store to get disinfectant, bleach, air deodorizer and cleaned the place so I could be comfortable. I bought some cheep blankets to put on the couch after I sprayed disinfectant. I also bought disposable sheets I swept. Never walked on the floors barefoot. I really wanted to stay there when I booked. I was so disappointed that I had to do the cleaners job first

Property was unique and easily accessible however, unit needs repairs. It had broken front door knob, broken cabinet drawers, TV service was spotty with internet issues. Remote to TV didn't work in the main living area. Small insects in the half bath. No hairdryer. 3rd floor unit plumbing is hanging over the master bed so flushing toilets through the night sounded like it was raining over our heads all night. Smell of weed in master bedroom and bathroom was overwhelming upon arrival. This unit has 2 story tall store front windows so street lights kept everything lit up all night. There was no window coverings to block the light up in the bedroom. Coffee amenities were nice and kitchen was nice and clean. Threating signs through out made us uneasy to touch anything. "if you do xyz, there will be a $500 fine". For the price and added fees, we wont be back.

The staff representatives that I spoke with were great. The location was exactly where we needed to be and the unit was very spacious . However, the unit was subpar in cleanliness. The bottoms of our feet and white socks were black from the dirty concrete floors. We wore shoes after experiencing this displeasure. There were dust bunnies in every corner, under the sofa, stairs, behind doors, etc.The mattress of the pull out sofa was very soiled. We paid an exorbitant amount of money for those dates and would never have expected to pay for a unit that was in need of deep cleaning and a new sofa bed mattres. I paid extra because there were three of us and we slept in the same bed because no would could bear the thought of the sofa bed.

I loved the area of Roami at Motorworks because it was a good walking distance from the French quarter and it was far enough that it wasn't loud at night. It was perfectly located between the garden district and other areas to allow easy access to things nearby. Definitely recommend it for folks who would like quieter nights and for folks who would like to stay longer (plenty of room in the fridge for food!) Space was clean, well lit, and super welcoming. I liked the digital welcome screen by the front door. Would love to stay again in the future.

We thought all was good- but when we arrived the light was hanging from the ceiling. It took them two days to come and fix it. There were ants in the room. Got into all our food left on counter and in cupboards. Communication and them coming to fix something was horrible. We were not able to use one shower , super inconvenient . The property was perfect for our party of five people. The bedrooms were large. The common areas were spacious. The Saint Charles Street car line stop was about a block away so that was convenient. This accommodation is close to a Rouses market to get groceries. There are a couple of coffee shops nearby, but you’ll have to go a little further away to get more restaurants. The beds are very comfortable. The closets are great as well, with a light in them. Look for the light switch inside the closet. If you are sensitive to light, know that light from nearby businesses can come in at night through the mini blinds. We were impressed by the fact that the faucets were Grohe and the dishwasher was Bosch. Nice equipment. The freezer in the refrigerator was not working, but the staff was able to provide bagged ice for us.

Where do I even start? The place looks amazing in photos but there are tons of problems. - From the moment we arrived, we couldn't get the unit door to open because it was jammed. We had to call the onsite security who had to force it open. - Next, their internet stopped working every 10 minutes. We reported this to the management but they couldn't get it fixed during our 3-night stay - We couldn't sleep well either because some electrical device was constantly beeping 24/7 right outside our unit. - The bathroom sinks were clogged. If you made the mistake of keeping the tap running for 2 minutes, you'd now have to wait 10 minutes for the water to go down. - The place wasn't cleaned well either. There was dust and hair in some places, and a single piece of sock behind the couch. We later found stains on one of the bedroom cushions which looked like sem*n stains. - Finally the blinds did not sit flush against the windows, so despite being closed, people on the main road could see directly inside the room. We couldn't wait to get out of this place. Unfortunately, all other hotels were booked full so we didn't really have a choice.
