I wanted to stay in a high-quality hotel, but it fell short of my expectations. The room has very little equipment. The bathroom is empty. There are no cotton, Q-tips, etc. There are no buttons on the duvet and pillow covers, they constantly come off. Although we are hotel guests, parking is paid and very expensive. When I checked in to the hotel, no one helped me carry my luggage.
