We were placed into room 524. It was a closet. There wasn’t even room to place the TV in front of the bed. It was ran parallel to the bed because the room was so small. The toilet was clogged, the shower drain laid in the bottom on the shower, and our sink gurgled every time a room on either side above or below ran water.

Very nice & clean hotel. We would definitely stay again. Our only complaint would be about the lighting in the room. There needs to be an extra lamp or something. The bedside lamps were not bright at all & there’s no overhead lighting.

Booked a king size suite cause I’m a big guy 6’8 300+lbs they tried to put me and my wife in a suite with a bed that was smaller than a queen and tried to tell me it was a “mini” king. After we got the correct room the shower and sink didn’t work and when it did drain you could hear gurgling sounds in the sink in the sitting area. The maintenance guy was great he got the shower fixed immediately and said that management was aware of the draining noise issue just that they didn’t want to spend the money to fix it.

The property was good overall but the finishes of the property made it feel dirty, like the ceiling above my toilet had water damage, the area around the toilet and under the sink was leaking so the floor was constantly wet, the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling, and also there mold in the corners around the tub but other than this the stay was good, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was awesome.

Hotels.com upcharges you $20 for a breakfast buffet that is already included with every room. Front desk double charged the incidental fee upon check in saying first one was declined without showing any proof it was declined while I showed that the fee was deducted from my account. 3 days later still have not refunded that amount. Made to order breakfast is just a breakfast buffet with a made to order omelette station, and one of two waffle irons were out of order, as well as one of two elevators out of order.
