My room was mostly nice - but it had mold on the shower upper parts and soap dispenser grouting and didn’t have exhaust in the bathroom to move the air around. Also the front door rug was ripped and fixed with duct tape. lol Also one lady at the front when I tried to move in was really grumpy and told me over and over they don’t take debit for anything. lol - when my credit card wasn’t working. I fixed the issue and went to someone else to checkin….

Good and convenient place to stay except for noise
On the pros side, the hotel service is very good: very friendly and helpful staff, has 3 restaurants and a bar with good quality food/drinks on the premises, frequent shuttle, pool and hot tab. On the cons side, not all rooms are equally clean and comfortable. We first got a room that had some smell and a non-working heater: we had to change the room. The other room was great. The other inconvenience is the noise. You had 2 options: be on the roadside or the runway side. On the roadside, you had a constant noise from a busy street 24/7. That's another reason why we had to change the room. On the runway side, you get planes flying just above you. The runway side is better because the planes stop coming before 10am and do not resume until 6.30am. At least, you will get some noise break there. Overall, I'll give this place 7 out of 10. Consider the noise when you book.

We stayed at [Hotel Name] for 2 days and reserved 5 rooms for our group. The best part about this hotel was its location—perfect for the event we were attending, making it very convenient. A big plus was the shuttle service to and from the airport, which was really helpful. The shuttle was punctual, and the drivers were friendly, making our transportation hassle-free. However, there were a few drawbacks. Parking was an additional charge, which we didn’t expect. The fact that there was no breakfast included was also a downside. Additionally, the pool seemed outdated and in need of maintenance, which was a bit disappointing as we had hoped to use it during our stay. Overall, it was a decent stay due to the convenience of the location and the shuttle service, but improvements in amenities like parking, breakfast, and pool upkeep would make the experience much better. I’d still recommend the hotel for its location, especially if you're attending events nearby.
