The room I was given had been used by a vagrant and was filthy and disheveled. Ehen i reported it to the desk, I was told, "yeah, that sometimes happens." No apologies, no empathy. Then I was moved to a room with ripped up carpet, plywood repairs, insects and dirty, stained furniture with a damp-rid jar in yhw window for the musty, mildewy smell.

The hotel rooms were very very disgusting. The headboards in both rooms look like they had blood spatter on them. The site they were suites, we got there and they were not. Staff was nice. Just not the cleanest or most comfy.

Terrible check in process because of all the bad policies aimed at poor people. Will stay at better hotel next time. Room was dirty and smelled smoked in so im going to be upset if they try to charge me for smoking. Best i can say is no roaches or bedbugs.

The room was a mess. Mold on the shower curtain, main door was hard to close with no safey latch. Buttons on the AC unit were wornout to the point where we had to guess what they did.

No refrigerator no telephone to the front desk and the television wasn’t functional. I should have looked the rating on line before I made the reservation but I didn’t. The one line rating I saw was 2.5. In my opinion that is a very generous rating. I won’t ever be staying here again. A tent and an air mattress would be a step up.

The pool was nice but in need of maintenance meaning the paint is chipping into the water. Staff were kind but not readily available. The blankets and sheets seemed stained and many had cigarette burns including holes. Our shower leaked constantly and very minimal outlets. No pool towels and although I got a couple extra towels, it took convincing.

We only stayed a few hours. The room was ok, but there were some stains on the floor and bed cover sheet. The room had been a smoking room previously and you could smell that as well as what appeared to be numerous cigarettes burns in the drapes. A few electrical plugs didn't work. The real issue was the AC unit which seemed to be defective and made noise of about 76 db.

It’s terribly disgusting. There are stains everywhere from floor, curtains, door handle, headboard, walls, sheets, etc. it smelled cigarettes in a non smoking room. The ac has an old air freshener, who knows how long it’s been there. My suggestion is not to come here.

Omg

The female staff was nice but the male staff members was very rude. The room well were do I start, none of the sockets in the the bathroom area worked the bed sheets had burn marks in them and the tv had a bad Connection so you couldn’t see the picture. They tried to charge be more for the room than what was on my Reservation letter. And there was lots of homeless people hanging around the hotel.

When we arrived there were no staff members at the front desk, I waited 20 minutes for someone to show up. I payed for a room with a king bed and was given a double queen. When I got to the room there was black mold all along the bath tub, a small blood stain on the pillow case, a faded blood trail down the front of the toilet, left over food sitting on top of the fridge(milk and cheese) and the room had a bad odor to it. After falling asleep I was woken up to light taps on my rooms door and someone shining a flashlight through the window. Over all a terrible experience and my wife and I felt very uneasy and unsafe to the point that we drove 2.5 hours south to Sacramento and paid for another hotel. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Also the swimming pool was filled with green water and the front desk lady said it’s not an issue because the pool is closed just don’t look at it. There was a pile of feces In front of one of the doors to another room, and the only reason our room was somewhat cleaned is my wife asked the front desk for cleaning supplies since they didn’t clean the room before putting us in it.

All staff we encountered were professional and friendly. The 1st room we were given had a broken safety lock on the door, a hole in one wall, a missing dresser drawer, and scraped off paint on the wall. The 2nd room had a broken toilet. My family was very tired, so my spouse and I figured out how to fix the toilet ourselves. That was a first in a hotel! Ew! The bottom of the pool looked dirty, and my usual fish of a child declined interest in swimming. Friendly staff. Terrible property.

It was so disgusting, my room wasn’t clean when I arrived they sent another guest in my room my second day with all my stuff in the room there front desk was very rude never brought me new sheets they have roches I am not pleased with this hotel I do not recommend at all

This was the most horrible experience, front desk rude & disrespectful. The room dirty and smelled like cigarette and marijuana. The room walls were missing paint, the rug was pulled out in the corners, pillows were twin size and seemed not to have been changed in years. The bathroom did not have tissue and the towels were dirty and stained. I will never stay in a Red Lion Inn again.
