The room was very clean, the location of the hotel was perfect, and the bed was very comfortable. parking was easy the parking garage was next door and we entered the hotel from the garage. I highly recommend this hotel. Also the rooms were quiet.

Great location for our trip. Food places were all with walking distance. And the venue was directly across the street. The staff was excellent. The only complaint for me was the bed was very uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on the pull out couch and my wife slept on the bed!

The location to the Gainbridge Fieldhouse was excellent (across the street), a very nice restaurant (Pier 48) adjacent to the building, parking right behind the hotel (connected) and staff was very friendly! Great place to have a couples night out (we went for Jeff Dunham show)….

I accidentally booked thinking it was a different hotel and initially tried to cancel. However, I was pleasantly surprised and I truly enjoyed my very first solo staycation. I plan to book again soon. Staff was friendly, food from the bar and pier 48 was delicious. So close to so many places within walking distance.

Not great!
At time of check-in two of the four elevators were out. Over 20 guests waiting, front desk did not let us know at check-in. No out of order signs were posted and many unhappy guests. Sofa sleeper in terrible shape, mattress was worn and thin, the carpet under the sleeper hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. The pool experience was a disaster. A youth sports team took over the pool, roughhousing and loud. This made the pool unusable for others. Called the desk to complain and clerk seemed unconcerned. Breakfast was very good.

The room was very nice. However, I forgot a book in my room. I called the front desk to tell them I would be in town again in a few days and I would like to pick it up. I was directed to a website that upon confirming your lost item, you are charged an exorbitant amount to have it mailed to you. It’s just another corporate cash grab intended to maximize profit at the expense of service.
