I was disappointed at the frontdesk as soon as I checked in.There was nonline at all but both frontdesks were looking down not checking almost ignoring me on the line.Their website does not work so I booked with Expedia.They asked for the email confirmation from Expedia so I showed the expedia app but that wasn’t enough she had me pull the email so I did as if I had no reservation or they never received the reservation from Expedia. I asked to be upgraded but for some reason it took them a while to figure out that there wasn’t any available so I decided to add a room so there were 4 adults and 2 toddlers but I was only given two waterpark tickets which I do not understand so I asked her how is that possible because I can’t just leave a 4 and 2 year old on their own so she said you have to pay extra 600 php or take one kid at a time like what???!!
The rooms were so basic it does not even have a usb charger, the rfloors were sticky like it wasn’t mopped.One of the rooms has very bad cable signal, it was in and out of cable the chanels were so pixelated.The breakfast was so chaotic! We asked for bottled water and we were told to buy outside where they sell popcorn rightoutside the restaurant but we ate at 7 so it was still closed. This hotel is too expensive for what it can offer on top of that the staff I dealt with meh! Never coming back and I do not recommend the property!
