Rug in room not clean - damp & food crumbs, bed frame broken, metal towel holder/shelf above toilet hanging half off wall, front of air conditioner kept falling off. Outside area was dirty with same trash on ground/sidewalk for the three days we were there. Full breakfast was good. Pool was good. Laundry facilities were good. Staff courteous & professional. Room / property did not meet expectations. Will not stay there in future.

Unfortunately, The hotel had some roofing issues and when they were repairing it they did some thing which knocked out all of the DIRECTV cable so we had no TV for the two days we were there. The staff was overwhelmed with complaints so we do understand but it was a hardship

Smoke smell in nonsmoking room, changed room. Toilet continued to run. Wet ceiling tiles in bathroom and water damage apparent on wallpaper and rusty towel rack. Sidewalks in poor condition. Large rat traps near back entry door! Staff were great, 2nd room was clean.

The lady who checked us in was arguing for about 30 min with the guest that were in front of us. I had 4 kids under the age of ten waiting for us. Literally took almost a hour to get checked in because the front desk staff decided to continue the argument. Finally get checked in… go upstairs the room wasn’t even cleaned it still had personal belongings to the previous guest including makeup. Around 1030 pm fire alarm goes off. No explanation as to what happened. Nothing. Everyone just waited outside for about 10 min & just went back upstairs. Bathroom was filthy. This place is a no go ! Especially if traveling with children!!! Never have I ever experienced such terrible service at a hotel. NEVER AGAIN !

The workers were very friendly and professional. The rooms looked cleaned, but smelled musty. It was a non-smoking room but smelled as though smoke was there previously. The exterior doors are not secure, so anyone can just walk off the street and be right in the corridor where the rooms are. There were several people hanging out in the hallways that looked high as a kite, loitering in the hallway and outside of the building. Smelled like weed, and the fire alarms were going off for over 20 minutes after 9:00. This hotel was most definitely not a $250 establishment, more like a cheap motel with updated bedding. It did not feel safe. The staff were very friendly though.

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. When we got to our room there was no fitted sheets on the bed only 2 top sheets. There was also no black out curtain. I went to the front desk to complain and the woman said they have no fitted sheets. Also she said they were out of blankets. What hotel doesnt have sheets or blankets? She finally switched our room so at 930 pm we had to get our 3 and 6 year old packed back up and moved to the other side of the hotel. Once we got there the new room smelled terrible of cigarettes. And guess what was on the bed fitted sheets and blankets. So the person at the desk lied to me. I would have rather slept in my car than this hotel.
