I ran into multiple problems staying here. The AC smelled like it was burning and made weird noises, the shoer drain was broken, the remote had to be replaced and was still not working properly, the phone wasnt working, and they dont clean your room daily if you're staying over 3 days. Overall would not recommend.

This property lacks good management! I have a hotel management degree so I know a thing or two about hotels. First of all we stayed two days in a room which was super dirty. These rooms need a lot of deep cleaning. There were staines all over the carpet, the lamps were dirty and bottom of the lamps were looking like they were never wiped and had all kinds of ketchup spills. The phone near the bed was so disgusting that I would rather throw it away than sleep next to it. I was afraid to walk around barefoot because of how dirty the floor was. The smell inside the room was as if someone was smoking in it and this was a non smoking room. Upon check in I noticed that all the workers were old and slow. I understand that old people need a job too and its not right to discriminate but when you operate a hotel you can’t have such slow people on your front desk because they mess up with everything they don’t know how to properly use a computer. When they checked us in they swiped keys for one night even though we were staying two nights so the next day we got locked out of the room and I went to get the keys reactivated and I was like let me see if this man will ask for my ID, just to see if he does his job correctly, and he did not, so basically you are telling me you will give keys to anybody who will tell you a room number and say that they got locked out and you do not even confirm a name ? That is a dangerous thing to do because anybody can enter rooms and rob, or rape.
