There was no hot water, room was cold and the tv kept turning off. We were not told at check in about the issue with the hot water until we complained and the staff said it had been an issue since Monday. They really should be telling customers this. Pretty average. I booked bed and dinner. Some waiters didn’t speak English and then when I asked what’s included in the pre paid dinner no one seemed to know. Fridges in the room taken out.
