Ingo even surprised us with a special bottle of wine and beautiful bed of roses in a heart, which had a special meaning for our trip based on something I shared, that was truly super special and shows how much they listened and care! Luis was a wonderful bellman and there to buggy us around as needed. The in Villa barbecue was outstanding with the Chef making my husband’s favorite dish, David serving and Fidel ensuring we had a creative scrumptious dessert that was even sugar free. Chef Huan is from Thailand and cooks up amazing Thai dishes while Guillermo the Manager and Yuir at Saffron provided outstanding service to ensure a romantic evening. The spa was truly a treat with the Thai ritual and highly recommend. The villas are extremely private and spacious with every consideration for amenities with beautiful views. We loved our heated private pool. The resort and staff went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable experience. Highly recommend this resort as the top place to stay in Acupulco. Totally understand why they were awarded a Michelin Key. We can’t wait to come back! "
