We thought that the location was great. Right across the station. Walking distance to some restaurants and shops. The daily Japanese breakfast was delicious and convenient. Would definitely stay here if we decide to come back to Aizuwakamatsu again.

If there is no other option…
There are not many options around and due to late change of plan, I had to go there and book a smoking room, while I am a non smoker… on top of the smell, room is quite basic but ok equipped! It is just completely NOT soundproof… you hear quite well the neighbors room… and the staff is not flexible on room change or earlier check is! 4 PM is 4 PM…

混雑時、低層階はエレベーターに乗れず不便
エレベーターが1基しかありません。 朝8時は頃1階ロビーの朝食会場に出向く宿泊客でいっぱいとなります。エレベーターの仕組み上、最上階12階の客から乗せていくため、 私が宿泊していた2階にエレベーターが到着する時には既に満員で乗れませんでした。 大きなキャリーケースがあったためエレベーターを使いたかったのですが、2回見送るも乗ることができず非常階段を利用しました。 この間6~7分の待機となりました。 私より先に待機していた人達からは「また乗れない、これで3回も見送ってるよ」との声が聞かれ、最終的にその方達も非常階段を利用していたようですので、混雑時は4,5回程度待ったところで乗れそうにありません。かなりストレスです。 朝食時間とチェックアウト時間には要注意です。
