Not as expected.
Had few issues had trouble with cards to the room. Had issue with TV's had replace x2 because volume or picture didnt work, delt with loud noises from hallways and entrance areas. The beds were ok comfort was not as great. There are cracks on walls the lighting was gloomy. But did enjoy the pool and hot tub that was great and pool area clean.

I always tell people they must stay here!
2nd time staying and just as wonderful! Clean well maintained and the staff super friendly and helpful!! I had a problem not even related to my stay at the Inn and the guy at the front desk did google search, offered suggestions and was super helpful! Even let me borrow players and a screwdriver!! It was much appreciated, thank you!! I wish I had gotten the guys name.

Disappointed
I was very disappointed in the size of the beds, their quality was horrible as I fell out of bed due to the hump in the middle. The strong tobacco odor gave me a sore throat. The walls were thin and the neighboring room had a person coughing all night long. I got very poor sleep.

The lobby area is beautiful, and the front desk staff were friendly. Check in was a breeze since I did a pre check. Smoking room with a king bed. Room was in good condition, bed was comfy. Only complaint was the bed sheets felt like I was sleeping on tissue paper, & for a $400 one night stay, I did expect better quality sheets.
