1. It is a modern hotel but it has no atmosphere. Staff badly trained as they do not use trays but carry glasses in their hands. 2. We had partial view of the sea but the glass of windows and the glass of a barrier were so dirty that it was difficult to see the sea. Partial must have related to the position of the room and not the cleanliness of the glass!

Not the best place for the money
The reception staff were friendly and very accommodating. There is no A/C in the hotel, but they provided a fan upon request. We had a lovely dinner in the hotel with a great view of the beach, but the breakfast offering was pretty basic. Many people appeared to be there to enjoy the spa, but we were not.

Nice hotel close to the beach. Friendly staff. Nice clean room with a great sea view. Thalaso spa was great. Would have marked this much higher but for lack of air conditioning in the room. Even in early September it was too hot to sleep.

Petit déjeuner plus à la hauteur !
Ancien client de l'établissement, grosse perte de qualité du petit déjeuner. Le matin plus de café au lait, cappuccino, café Latté.. les machines à grains ont été remplacé par des "belles" Nespresso à capsules aluminium avec un seul choix possible: café court ou long... Très déçu... Et ce changement n'est pas du tout écologique des centaines de capsules aluminium par jours vont partir à la poubelle ! La machine à jus d'orange frais a également disparu.. c'est dommage de perdre aussi vite en qualité du repas le plus important de la journée !

Découverte de l'hôtel avec non accès véhicule pratique pour la dépose des bagages et un personnel à la réception restant bloquer derrière son guichet... Parking éloigné de la réception de l'hotel. Seule possibilité, passer par devant en rentrant dans le milieu du restaurant. Pas de communication entre le restaurant et l'accueil. Au client de se déborouiller pour savoir s'il peut déjeuner en home service. Peu de solidarité entre personnel.. la dame au bar obligée de transporter deux futs de bière sur quelques mêtres sans réel aide, excepté au moment des branchements. Chambre surprenante ave un mini bar branché devant le lit sans aucune boisson à l'intérieur. Personnel du restaurant plutôt agréable. Hôtel un peu surprenant avec des clients en peignoir au petit déjeuner. le 4* ne me semble pas correspondre aux services et dialogues vécues// " Monsieur, je ne m'occupe que de l'acceuil... Vais-je revenir pour un séjour thalasso+DP ?
bonjour, nous avons l'habitude de séjourner à l'hotel avec les prestations du restaurant. La qualité du service au restaurant a beaucoup baissé, les produits proposés également (la carte n'est plus attrayante) et manque d'originalité alors que c'était le cas auparavant (ex : le pain était rassi, les produits moyens, pas les prix du vin à la carte). En ce qui concerne l'hotel, il y a des dysfonctionnement : pas de lumière de chevent, lampadaire branlant, éclairage pour toute la chambre avec un seul interrupteur. Le distributeur de papaier wc cassé.

Déception ! Pas un service digne d’un 4 étoiles !
Nous avions séjourné dans cet établissement en 2022 et avions été enchantés! Mais lors de ce séjour de 3 nuits, quelle ne fut pas notre déception! Premièrement, pas de climatisation des chambres et 2 jours sur 3, nous avons eu de l’eau froide pour nos douches, ce qui n’est pas commode avec des enfants ! Ensuite nous avons voulu accéder à la piscine, le matin, une employée nous indique dans les vestiaires que le short de bain est interdit, j’achète un maillot à l’accueil et mon mari reste avec les enfants à l’espace douche. Nous nous mouillons tous les 4, prêts à aller nous baigner, mais la même employée nous dit que nous ne pouvons pas accéder au bassin, car l’aquagym va bientôt commencer. Pourquoi ne pas nous l’avoir dit dès le début ?! En fin d’après-midi la même journée, nous faisons une nouvelle tentative pour la piscine et une fois dans l’eau, on nous dit que le bonnet de bain est obligatoire (ce n’était pas le cas en 2022). Nous devons sortir de l’eau, avec une grande déception pour nos enfants! Le petit-déjeuner est servi jusqu’à 10H00, mais après 9H15, il n’y a plus rien! Enfin, nous réservons une table pour dîner, à notre arrivée nous demandons pour dîner à l’extérieur comme stipulé à notre réservation, le maître d’hôtel, nous répond sèchement qu’il n’y a pas de réservation en extérieur ?! Le personnel, hormis les jeunes en formation, n’est pas des plus aimables et semble blasé par son travail. Ces remarques ont été déjà été faites à l’hôtel lors de notre départ.
