It was a great spacious property. Only negative is the amenities all were closed by 5pm or 6pm so if you are getting back from the parks in the heavy traffic you arrive back to your accomodations just as everything is closing so the evening is pretty boring

Great property. Frustration simply stems from being led into a timeshare pitch. When we arrived at check in we were told, we had to put a deposit down to take a "tour". In which we would see the layout of the property and it would be fun for the kids. I questioned if it was necessary. We were told yes. I questioned again when we were told it was 15 miles from our condo. Not understanding why we had to leave if it was a tour of the property. We arrived the next day, to the surprise of a 90 minute timeshare presentation. They were surprised we had the kids. There was no tour. To there credit we we excused from the presentation, on the fact we had be mislead for a "tour". No where on the expedia booking was a mandatory timeshare presentation. Very frustrating way to start our vacation.

Very large property. There is tons to do with the family or for adult groups. Staff were very friedly and helpful. We stayed during a hurricane and the staff informed us what to expect and helped the kids feel at ease. The resort was cleaned up totally within just a few days . We will return for sure.

This place did not disappoint. We were greeted and assisted by very helpful and friendly staff. The home we stayed in was amazingly roomy, had essentials like cookware, dishes, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent etc. Since their waterpark was closed for construction they gave us complimentary access to another resort’s waterpark that was even nicer. Public and Aldi is nearby to shop for groceries for your stay as well. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!
