Good location and views are amazinng.
The locations was in the middle of acapulco bay, exactly in front of El Amigo Miguel, my favorite seafood restaurant. There was no parking so I had to park in the street. The bath towels were old and loose edges on all towels. The bathroom had a stench that would come out of the drain so we would have to cover. And the pillows were overwhelming big, I had a stiff neck every morning. The hotel is clean, restaurant had good service and when I need ice in the lobby the would always provide.

The AC did not work in my room. It just blew hot air. I was told this is normal, but no it’s not. I know what AC is supposed to feel like and it’s not supposed to feel like an army of old people blowing hot mouth air in my face.

Al momento del check in no tomo más de 10 minutos todo muy bien, el elevador es pequeño para que se considere si viajas en familia, aún no está al 100% ya que el restaurante aún no está en función pero te permiten llevar alimentos de afuera a tu habitación muy bien, todos los días realizaron servicio a la habitación las instalaciones están bien, no malas no excelentes solo bien, la vista es muy buena desde un 4to nivel. La alberca no es fría siempre tiene una buena temperatura baños cerca de la misma y muchos camastros, el internet es un punto negativo en el piso que estaba no llegaba donde estaba mi familia 2ndo nivel si llega, en lobby está perfecto para esperar a tus amigos/familia ya que tiene una tipo sala para poder esperar

Una buena estancia.
Fue una buena experiencia a pesar de las condiciones en que quedaron los inmuebles por los huracanes, los empleados fueron atentos, muy limpia la habitación, una cama cómoda, los servicios de aire, televisión y alberca no fueron buenos. El servicio de estacionamiento aceptable.

Instalaciones bien, restaurante muy costoso y malo, ubicación bien, internet muy malo, personal atento, en una noche encontré un chinche. Luego no ví más. En general bien. Algo costoso para no ser con excelentes servicios. El estacionamiento es disponible a cupo.
