Amazing stay!
Amazing stay!! The staff was so friendly and even accommodated me with an early check in since I arrived around 10:45ish. The room was awesome, designed very trendy with Lanvin soaps. There’s also a rooftop with a great restaurant and it’s walking distance from the center and very close to the colosseum. I highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was fine. However, although our reservation was through “pay at the hotel”, the hotel charged the entire amount of one of our 3 rooms and kept the other two rooms under provision. There is no problem with the provision surely, but unfortunately the fee charged caused us discomfort. We had to contact the hotel and discuss the issue. When we arrived at the hotel, the amount charged was refunded and the payment was made from another card we wanted to use, but it is inconvenient to have this on the agenda and to deal with it.

A lovely sray in Rome. Located a short walk to the main train station with plenty of options for transport to all the places you may want to go. The team at the hotel were fantastic. When we arrive it was late and they helped us get some food and also checked us in quickly. The room was very comfortbale and a nice size.
