Dirty, bad service, cold hot tub
The “hot” tub was set to 86 degrees and we were told it could not be changed. They sent my handicapped mother and us to the furthest room away down the hallway. The bed had stains on it. The room chair was raggy. There were blood stains on the bathtub. It was not good.

Not dirty, but not very clean
There was nasal residue on the fitted sheet of the bed, there were plum or peach pits in the coffee cups provided. I did the pre-check in and uploaded my id, my credit card information, but had to provide it all again when I got there. The hot tub was lukewarm

The linens and towels were very dirty. Luke actual dirt. I had to ask for clean ones several times. The phone on the room was broken. The man at the doesn’t desk seemed to have been in charge of everything. He seemed overwhelmed and cranky.

Do not stay at this hotel. It badly needs updating. If you have room on second floor you need to carry your luggage up and down stairs. The free breakfast is disgusting.The management should be ashamed of themselves.

the hotel was fine. our room was clean and my kids enjoyed the pool. they did charge an extra $500+ at check in because i checked in online and i was not prepared for that. glad i used my credit card in case i have to dispute that charge (they said it would be refunded).

Shame
Unfortunately now is not the time to visit this La Quinta hotel as it is currently being overrun by cockroaches. Otherwise it had a wonderfully appointed room and great service by housekeeping. Also, breakfast was included. I woke up to a cockroach on my pillow!

I almost didnt book based on some of the comments. Was going to stay somewhere more expensive but glad I didn’t. I wanted a place with a indoor pool. The pool was great. And for the price it wasn't bad. I mean the place wasnt perfect but you're just sleeping in the room. The sheets were clean and the place was quite. Breakfast was about a 5 out 10 but i expected that from any hotel.
