Great location!
We have stayed here before when visiting my daughter who lives in Asbury Park. Great location, a clean but aging hotel; has what you need. Rooms were clean, regular housekeeping occured, bathrooms were clean but basic; pool is a nice feature. Steps from the boardwalk and ocean which is really nice. The parking is problematic; they have a small lot which is rutted; if you can't grab a spot there, then you have to pay for parking somewhere else. But at least the somewhere else is much less expensive than say, Manhattan. Definitely not a high end hotel, but great location, clean, and overall just fine.

The hotel is across the street from the boardwalk. Close to eateries. Everything. Parking is free. Good time.

Awful experience!!!!! Car was an attempt break in. Pool was dirty. Was harassed. Room was old and smelled like mildew. Elevator stopped working.
