AWESOME STAFF
The staff were amazing..Its a refreshing change to actually be met with a smile and professionalism. We arrived just before midnight but the Barman/night porter went up and above to make us feel welcome...So much so what started out as one quick drink turned into three...Even the breakfast staff were fantastic...It appears IHG have to count themselves lucky to have such nice people working for them

I requested two rooms with some east specifics. My guest got one room according to what I request but I got something completely different. The lady at the lobby was not helpful (and she was the one who selected the rooms) and my requests thru expedia were ignored. Well I am the one paying and making the review.
