The only disappointment was it said breakfast every morning but they only had breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. We chose this because of the breakfast. Anytime I’ve ever stayed at there hotels they’ve always had breakfast this is the first one that didn’t expect for the weekend.

The ceiling in my bathroom was terrible, holes, and mold all over. The heater/AC unit was very loud and clunky everytime it turned on and off throughout the night as I was trying to sleep.

BLACK MOLD IN ROOMS
BLACK MOLD OVER ENTIRE ROOM CEILING.
Bathroom shower curtain black mold. HAD TO BE MOVED TO A NEW ROOM WICH STILL HAD MOLD AND WATERSTAINS. Parents room was just as bad as our 2nd room. PREVIOUS WATER LEAKS OVER WINDOW OR UNDER AC UNITS IN MULTIPLE ROOMS ON 2ND FLOOR. , app wont let me add photos.

The first night we got there there was a big dead cockroach on our bedroom floor. I asked the man at the front desk to clean it up. When he arrived to my room he said that pest control had just sprayed the room earlier that day. Ummm. Disgusting to know that a hotel needs pest control. My daughter and I found dead ones behind the bed. We did not slept that night. The next night there was a huge one walking on the wall above the window. We called the office and they offered to change our room. The next room was just a few doors down from the first room. When my daughter and I entered there we lives ones and more dead ones behind the bed and around the nightstand. We gathered our things and went to the front desk. I told them we aren’t staying. They did credit back 2 of the 4 nights I had booked there but refused to credit back the other two since we slept there one night and it was after checking time when we decided to leave. We left at 10 pm ish and check in is 3 pm. I want my money back for the other 2 nights! This was the worst hotel stay I have ever been in. I will never stay at a La Quinta again! And I’ve been telling people to not stay at this specific location. We came to visit family and this made our first half of the visit very uncomfortable worrying if we now had cockroaches in our luggage since they do crawl into things to hide. We had to unpack outside and shake everything out to make sure. We didn’t get settled until after midnight. Unacceptable!!!

Workers were pleasant. The air conditioner dripped all night making it hard to sleep. Woke up and there was a container under the unit with water overflowing. The bed was very uncomfortable an made horrible noises when we turned over. Will never go back. It was terrible. Noisy people above us and had to be moved to the upper level which was horrific.

The property was very quiet as there were not many vehicles in the parking lot. The lobby had a very pungent odor, but I couldn’t name what was causing it. Our room smelled like gear oil and I ended up killing two roaches in the room. The breakfast was absolutely terrible unless you can live off of just waffles, they were good.
