Family vacation
The hotel was in a good spot, the only down side was no parking. I need to park my car in another place. Was a private lot, but overall the hotel was clean , nice , food was good and employees was very nice. Close to everything.

Amazing Stay
Stayed in Guanajuato for 1 night and my stay at El Meson de Los Poetas was amazing. Beautiful hotel and amazing customer service and hospitality. There was hot water, an extra warm blanket, and the bed was spacious and comfortable. Walkable to the main sites and perfectly situated next to a coffee shop which I highly recommend. Hotel offered luggage storage free of charge after check-out and called taxi service when it was time to depart. I felt safe and comfortable. I grew up visiting Guanajuato with family and I love it every time. I will stay here again next time I spend the night in Guanajuato.

The hotel was very clean. I like the quirkiness of the layout and the atypical design. It had a fun atmosphere. It was a good price for a nice size room. The staff were friendly and helpful. This was in a good location in walking distance to museums, restaurants, shopping and other attractions.

Very pleasant stay. Funky comfortable rooms, pleasant staff and great rooftop views of the city. Near the center but far enough away to be quiet at night. Nice being able to eat a decent breakfast at the hotel.

There is no A/C, there is no pressure in the shower, difficult to get a lather and scrub going, for the pricing, ownership should investigate ways to improve water pressure, bed sheets were not changed, yet a tip is subtly requested with an envelope. If you are overweight like me, do not book here, there is no elevator, stairs are steep and slippery, staff is extremely kind and attentive, it fqr outweighs rhe property condition, if you mest stay here, try and book a room faving the street, otherwisr you wont get a stream going, probably better to book during winter. Also, for the pricing, no room service 24 hrs is kind of a bummer, bell boy leaves at 11pm. I understand the property's allure (beautiful for IG photos), but me just personally will never book here again.
