I loved the staff! We felt like celebrities while staying here! E.Stephanie was an amazing “dream watcher!” She made us feel like we were friends and even surprised us with a bubble bath before we returned to the room after a long day of activities. The staff also made drinks for us on our private patio and we relaxed under the starts!The only minor improvement would be to cut the tree that keeps putting leaves in the private pool. Best property I have ever stayed at and will hope to come back to one day and see our new friend E.Stephanie!

Spectacular Experience
From the time I booked the stay with Zadun, till we left, the overall experience was nothing short of incredible. Violeta, the guest relations manager, spoke with me on the phone multiple times to book restaurant reservations and set up other activities before our arrival. Elias, our Tosoani (personal dream maker), took my phone number upon arrival so that any request we had, would be answered by him immediately. Any request we had was always answered within five minutes. Cesar was our bartender at Equis most of the days and was incredible. We had the same waiting staff at Humo multiple nights and they were amazing as well, always remembering our favorite dishes and asking about our stay. The rooms were very spacious and modern while still maintaining the Mexican culture. The views of the Sea of Cortes were breathtaking from every inch of the property. Overall, what set Zadun apart was that there were multiple staff during each experience to cater to each individual guest. Whatever you desired, whenever you desired it, was met with a smile and genuine care. We will be returning in the future.

Large rooms, expansive views
Beautiful new resort. Huge rooms (the one bedroom suite has the most beautiful outdoor space with a pool, lounge area, full dining space and fire pit and the indoor space is a separate bedroom, two showers, large closet and changing area, living room dining room and half bath). Everything is extremely clean. We felt completely safe there. There are 3 pools with great views of the ocean all the way down to Palmilla. The food is excellent and there are plenty of options, especially at the main restaurant, Humo.

Spectacular
Utterly spectacular! The service and property itself are entirely on another level. From the moment you arrive you are welcomed by your Toasani who is/are your dedicated “dream catcher” for your stay. We were lucky enough to have Uriel and Brenda dedicated to our family for our 7-night stay. Anything we needed was just a text message away. They, along with the head of guest relations Rafael, turned an unfortunate construction noise issue completely around (we arrived just after a hurricane which caused emergency repairs to some parts of the property). They moved us from an already huge, lovely adjoining king/double suite to a dazzling villa (#332 and #333). If we could pull ourselves away from our private plunge pools, we were again so we’ll taken care of at the main pool by server Joaquin and towel service by Jorge. They had our cabana set up straight away with coolers of ice and water boxes. The food and drinks were all extremely flavorful and so fresh. We enjoyed room service far too much and far too many times. It was heaven. The kids menu was extensive. And speaking of the little ones, the whole team at the Ambassadors Club (aka kids club) were again, beyond expectations. Lots of crafts and games were had on one rainy day. Not to mention as we departed they sent my daughter off with a hand painted clipboard customized with her name, coloring sheets and crayons for the plane. We just cannot wait to return to this magical place.
