Beg for muffins
Hotel room was nice & comfortable. But the breakfast was not as good as most places we stay. I like a pastry or sweet roll with my coffee but the didn’t have anything sweet other than making a waffle, which I didn’t want. Then I saw another guest ask the women employee if there were anymore muffins. She returned from the back room with 2 individually wrapped blueberry muffins. I went to the employee & asked if there were anymore muffins? She replied, They are gluten free, and I responded that’s fine, could I have 2? She responded again, they’re gluten free & we’re not supposed to bring them out. I told her again that gluten free was fine!! Finally she went to the back & returned & gave me the muffins. I don’t understand how you know they have muffins if they don’t put them out? Strange policy.

Best experience you could hope for
Needed a hotel on the fly after a wedding ran later than expected. Booking and check in was extremely simple. When we walked in the door at 1am, check in took no more than 2 minutes and we were off to bed. Our stay was just for 1 night and we did not utilize any amenities but room and overall property was clean, staff that we did interact with was friendly and again, the process was so simple. Would absolutely stay again if I find my self in the area

Everything was great. There was even a activity center near the parking lot that had mini golf, batting cages, bumper cars and a small rock climbing hill. The free breakfast was average and the phone in the room did not work properly but I would highly recommend.

I wish Marriott would let people [(me :)], to report that all conditions of their properties that they allow people to use there name and reputation to run. This is my second time at this hotel. My only complaint is the room. This one the the shower was horrible. The wall was bulging out and the surround was screwed with dry wall screws and chalked over trying to hide the bulge. Again this was another room that was musty like someone used a carpet cleaner and turned off the air to save money and no airflow moldy smell. Step it up Marriott.

Nice hotel for the cost
The hotel overall was very nice. However, the elevators sounds and acted like they were 200 years old and were having a very difficult time operating. Lots of groaning and creaking. The doors didn’t open for a long time and the actually elevator moved a couple inches when you stepped in it. Also the hot tub didn’t work. It would bubble for about 3 minutes then shut off for the day and couldn’t be restarted. The breakfast was very good, hot, and a nice variety. The hotel room was very nice, clean and big enough. The door to the hall and the door to our bathroom had a hard time closing. You had to shove it to get it to close. It needed to be refitted to the door jams. The hotel must have shifted recently.
