The worst Mandarin Oriental I have ever stayed!

By far the worst Mandarin Oriental I have ever stayed. It’s a 5 star hotel with no room service. At nights the receptionist is inside an office, no one to open the door at night and almost every day during the afternoon. The employees are ver kind, but the hotel and services in general are bad. The room are older than the pictures. For me is a premium Holiday Inn
