Nice hotel, spacious rooms. Pretty clean and good location. The only tiny complaint I have is the bar closes at 23:00 so if you’re on business trip, work late etc there will be no drinks for you in the evening

Booked 2 nights stay at the hotel separately (the second night was booked for 3 ppl) unfortunately a friend of mine wasn’t able to join. We asked multiple times at the front desk if we could stay in the same room and we were multiple times reassured that it is absolutely ok and we don’t have to move to the another room. We got back on the second day later in the afternoon and found out that our cards were blocked. The young lady at the front desk wasn’t able to answer my question (I asked her politely if she could explain to me why they blocked our cards) instead of it she started accusing her colleagues, that they didn’t share this information with her (even though she was the one who reassured us that morning that we could stay in the same room). After all these she finally unblocked our cards, however forgot to activate the card‘s compatibility with the electricity in the room so I had to go there again. We didn’t receive any apology for these inconveniences! The only highlight of our stay was a kind man (dark hair, exotic look) at the front desk who tried to apologize for this incident later in the evening.

We liked the fact it was in a good location, it had a fridge - this was Luke warm not cold. Room far too hot had to open window to have noise from other parts of hotel. No bar, no room service, no decent breakfast unless you like toast, yoghurt and cereal breakfast is awful. Bed and pillows so hard you may as well sleep on the floor very uncomfortable. No option to lock the door from the inside. The toiletries in the room very poor quality, not even a hand wash/soap was provided. A very bad night sleep pay extra go to the Hilton this was poor.
