The reception is at the opposite side from the drop off point. The area is filled with establishments and restaurants. Tere's a grocer shop just outside and there is no issue with transportation both public and otherwise. The staff are incredible, the facilities are great, the room is great and the bed is comfortable. Very comfortable. Only problem I had was that there was no netflix, but that's a personal preference 😂 Indulge yourselves with the amenities this place have to offer like high end restaurants, indoor pool, even a tae kwondo instructor just downstairs. Weird but a cool option.

Felt like luxury every day. I really do recommend this place to everyone. Close by shops and near everything you could want. I will miss the place. The 2 room suite was nice and very practical for our family of 3. The cleanliness was good for this class of hotel and excellent considering the neighborhood. It is located in a modern courtyard with little shops and 3-4 decent restaurants.

The hotel and staff were great, the gym was amazing, and the surrounding area by Ayala and IT park made it a great location. I’ve been to Cebu City 5 times and by far the best place I have stayed. The complex the hotel is in was awesome restaurants,bars and a night club just feet from your room. The place is very clean and quiet and I can’t say enough good things about the staff. If your going to Cebu stay at 88 Avenue you will save time and headaches just by not traveling all over the city when you have everything you need right there.

Very clean rooms in a great location. The staff and house keeping were great. Walking distance to the malls or a short taxi ride. A handful of good restaurants close to the hotel with different price points ago. Also close to the market if you want to stock up and cook a few meals in the room. It was pretty easy to catch a taxi or grab drive from here. We stayed for seven nights and would definitely stay here again if in Cebu city.

This was my first time in Cebu and I choose well. It suited me as it was close to both IT and AYELA Malls .. both were walking distance. The hotel was great with a gym and a jacuzzi on the rooftop which I used regularly. If I was to return to Cebu it would be my first choice

The apartment we stayed in was huge although the place resembles a hospital more than a apartment building. There are many dining options downstairs but then when we came during festival, the hotel owner threw a rock concert and DJ party until four in the morning. The room was huge and it was reasonable.
