Buzzing 24- 7 in wall or under bed
Had a buzzing under bed or wall 24-7 like a rodent or bug deturent it would buzz for 8 to 10 seconds then silence for 12 to 13 seconds all nite long and all day long. Couldn't sleep at all, we opened window to drown the buzz but didnt help, you could feel the buzz also. Loved the room and staff were great but that buzz ruined our 3 days there trying to sleep. Would not return if it was the same.

I’d totally stay here again!
4.5 stars! My BFF and I had a wonderful time here and now I want to bring my husband. The lobby and shared communal space is cute, clean, and inviting, plus decked out for the holidays in a tasteful and tidy way. Even a Santa Claus statue graced the shared patio. The staff are friendly and professional. The only things whereI thought there was room for improvement were: 1) I wish there was softer beds and fuller pillows (though when we checked out they said we could’ve asked for a padded mattress cover), 2) A normal size table would be nice in our room too since we had a bar height counter with stools under the tv and a small side table by the lounge chairs by the window, and 3) maybe not put the coat hooks right above the wall heater. My coat was toasty warm after a few minutes of hanging there and had we not needed to leave our room, who knows what kind of disaster may have happened. I hadn’t even noticed the wall heater until I put my coat on and it was warm. Stunning view of the beach, ocean, and sunset! From room 314.

Great views, free breakfast, thin walls
Wow, the views from your windows here are amazing. Directly out to the sea and from some heights, it's a really amazing place for a hotel. It's a brilliant place to park in front of your window and just watch the ocean. It's rare to find a hotel I actually want to stay inside of. Love the gas fireplace, very nice touch. Free breakfast is nice as well. Parking is easy. Maintenance staff is cool. Dog relief areas are convenient. Hot tub and a sauna, awesome. Downsides - Rooms are small. I don't want to pay 150 - 180 (or i see on other weekend days its 200+) when I can hear the neighbors TV through the walls. I can only imagine what it would be like if you had partiers next to you. Or a screaming child (oh wait we had that and it was like the kid is in your room). 25 dollars a day per dog is expensive compared to most places that charge a one time fee. There is no way my small dog is doing more damage than the kids running around. Hope this helps with your decision making process.

One of our faves!!
The view was absolutely amazing. Having a balcony was the best thing ever!! we did not want to leave. The bed was comfortable. The room was kinda small, but fine for 2 people for a couple days. The breakfast was perfect. Biscuits and gravy eggs, fruit, yogurts, Sausage, cereal pastries. everything you pretty much could want. And again, having the balcony was amazing.I would definitely recommend it!
