Staff was friendly. Upon arrival we always check the room before bringing our belongings in. At this hotel the door was ajar. Although the room appeared clean we went back to the front desk told them and requested another room, which they did. Prior to going out I checked the windows and they were all unlocked. The following morning we discovered ants in the bathroom. All of these things were reported when we checked out.

This place is perfect! It’s walking distance to downtown and the Santa Barbara pier. The hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel had every single thing we could need. The wine and cheese happy hour and breakfast buffet was the cherry on top! We will definitely be back!
