Horrible, we would ask for drinks at dinner and they would not bring to us, or if they did it was after we were done eating and about to leave. They would cater more to the white people. Food was not a good and other reviews say. But I do want to make sure that Don Rene gets a good review, he was very attentive when we needed drinks, and the Royal package is not worth it

This place will not help you.
I would not recommend this place, not because of bad service but because they couldn’t help me with a personal matter and lost more than $2k. I get you have rules but there should be exceptions for special circumstances. I tried multiple times through hotel.com but I dint not get any help. I love PV but will never go to this resort. Hope you enjoyed my free money.

October was an excellent time to go as it was not busy. Excellent beach area with just the right amount of waves to keep you entertained. Food was good. I have been all over Mexico and this was one resort that I would go back to.

The expansive beach access was wonderful. We enjoyed the sports facilities and boogie boards. Also the daily scheduled activities were consistently fun. The resort should really crack down on people blasting their own music with boom boxes! This happened twice while we were there. I couldn't enjoy the pool music with competing sound and luckily had noise canceling earbuds, but what about the guests who don't? We enjoyed the food, but did not care for the reservation system. Most of the wait staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would have given 5 stars except for the front desk staff who were aloof and reluctant to be helpful multiple times. I would have given a higher score for cleanliness except our room had a moldy smell after the initial cleaning products smell wore off. For the location, we enjoyed the nearby walking path and shopping mall. Overall a pretty wonderful vacation.

We liked our stay. Food was good in buffet and in restaurants. Room was OK but curtains were kind of dirty. If you like swimming in the ocean consider waves but if you can go little farher it's more swimmable. Small territory. Please more mango :)
