My stay at Hotel Alhabana was excellent. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, making my stay very comfortable. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and willing to help at any time. I especially appreciate the free late check-out, which allowed me to enjoy my time in Havana a bit longer. The breakfast was delicious and varied, a great way to start the day. Additionally, the hotel is located in a safe area, which gave me a lot of peace of mind during my visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city!

It has to be the best in Havana
That was the first place where I took refuge when I reached Havana and I am happy I chose this place. Best staff always ready to help you and the way they conducted business. Rooms are comfortable, very affordable rents, and they provide solution to everything.Location is very central at less than 10 min walk to China Town. It was the first place I stayed at on arrival to Cuba and the last one too. I have heaps of praises for every staff member who works at Alhabana. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Havana.

The best vacation!!
The best vacation!!, my first time and it was incredible, everyone's attention never lacked from the cleaning staff who, thanks to them, received my room every day as if it were the first time and the breakfast was very delicious, I tried new things like guava although it was not something very sweet for me. Great hotel, I stayed here lots of nights and in different rooms and all of them was spacious, comfortables and very clean, the breakfast is splendid, lots of tropical fruits and the chefs always ready to attend your needs. Reception team 24h always willing to help, cleaning ladies, managers, kinds and warm, facilities renovated and in great conditions… great location too close from old Havana and Malecón, totally recommended if you want to stay at a great hotel and enjoy the beauty of the country.

My stay in Alhabana was very satisfactory. When I arrived at the hotel I was surprised by a free upgrade to a master suite. My requests were met before my arrival, decoration, flowers, fruit, water. The room was spacious with 2 bedrooms and a balcony, the cleaning was excellent and the bathroom was complete with all the amenities. The breakfast was delicious, varied and the cooks were very attentive. They even had the detail of bringing me breakfast to my room on a couple of occasions. The reception staff was always very helpful and willing to help me with whatever I needed. I loved Alhabana so much that I already want to go back.

Agradecemos enormemente el early check-in que nos permitieron, lo cual fue un gran alivio después de un largo viaje. Además, el desayuno adelantado fue un detalle muy considerado que nos permitió comenzar nuestro día con energía. Y no podemos olvidar la deliciosa merienda que nos ofrecieron la noche de nuestra salida; fue el toque perfecto para cerrar nuestra estancia con broche de oro. We really enjoyed our stay at the Alhabana and highly recommend it! Alhabana is located in Central Havana. By staying in Central Havana we were able to have an intimate experience on how real Cubans lived. The staff was outstanding! We would like to thank Rafa for all his help, answering questions, arranging an airport transfer and a day trip to Vinales. Alhabana was extremely accommodating and helped us when we were delayed 2 days arriving due to weather. We want to say THANK YOU for a great experience in Cuba!
