Would not recommend
I stayed at the Galleria Palms Hotel for my birthday, hoping for a pleasant and comfortable experience. Unfortunately, my stay was extremely disappointing for several reasons: 1. Terrible Breakfast: The breakfast provided was subpar, lacking variety and quality. It was hardly edible, and I ended up skipping it entirely on some mornings. 2. No Refillable Water Fountains: For a hotel in a hot area, not having refillable water fountains was inconvenient and frustrating. It felt like they were forcing guests to spend more on bottled water. 3. Maintenance Issues: The shower curtain was broken, which made showering messy and uncomfortable. The water temperature was another major problem—it would randomly swing from scalding hot to freezing cold with no way to find a middle ground. Additionally, the sink was clogged, which made getting ready even more unpleasant. 4. Lack of Cleanliness: The rooms were not cleaned during my stay, which was unacceptable. Towels and toiletries weren’t replenished, and I had to ask for basics that should be standard. 5. Overall Experience: Despite being budget-friendly, this hotel failed to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances. If you’re considering this hotel, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere, even if it means spending a bit more. My birthday stay was ruined by these issues, and I would never return.

Great Budget- Hotel Near Animal Kingdom
This was a perfect hotel for our needs. We just needed a room. It had two queen beds. All tile flooring (ie. no carpet which helps in central Florida to avoid musty smells). Standard self-service breakfast available in morning. No up charge to park. Restaurants and stores close by. Closest park was Animal Kingdom. Price was great. With an added touch of homemade cookies in the evening. Made the place smell great with a nice treat. If you are spending most of your time away from the hotel and just need a room at night, this is a budget friendly location when competitively priced.

Hotel was ok, sold it self as a 4 star, but I’d say more like a 2 star hotel. Room and bathroom was old and outdated. Pool needed to be renovated. Breakfast was nice. Overall not a bad hotel, but not a 5 star hotel either.

Good but needs some improvement
The location was great. Close to the Disney parks and in a quiet area. There is a complimentary breakfast and a bus service to the parks. The breakfast is very basic and not a lot of options. I wish they could use more Eco-friendly plates and not styrofoam. Our floor carpet was not very clean, and it hadn't been vacuumed while we stayed there. The rooms need some upgrades. The room and bathroom door needed a strong push to be closed. The beds were not very comfy, and noise from the hallway was heard easily in the room. Staff were very friendly and we feel overall the value is OK for the price.
