Very Good Option Close to Airport
Just a one night stay. Close to the airport. Good size of the "suite" part with a couch, countertop and chairs. Provided a mobile crib to us for our 9 month old. Breakfast was solid and quite busy when we came down!

the gentleman at the service counter was amazingly calm under the stress of over 30 people trying to check in at the same time, in addition to answering the phones. He needs a raise And he was polite when i said i wished i could help him. He was the only pleasant thing about this place, the room was unkept, dirty, hair in the tub, and the place had not been vaccuumed. Only 1 elevator was working, and the hallways were littered and not cleaned.

The lobby area, hallways, and our room smelled bad, like Glade floral sprayed over microwaved fish. The room lighting was harsh and cold. Soap was a trial sized Dove bar. There were wet footprints through the lobby. It didn’t feel comfortable or safe, and we ended up getting a room at another hotel.

I have stayed here several times in the past which is why it was my first choice to stay. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and broken equipment on site. It was much nicer in the past. Next time I go to Orlando I believe I will try a different hotel.

NEVER CHOOSING THIS PLACE AGAIN
Reserved the deluex non-smoking 1 king bed room and was given a room that smelled of marijuana smoke. Staff did very little including a manager by the name of Spencer to immediately correct this issue. We had to wait for over an hour past the 3 pm check-in to finally be given another room. The fitted sheets on the bed was too small and consistanly came loose at the corners. Unprofessional staff and rude front desk cleck. No follow-up phone call from management based on the voice mail message I left on check-in day. We will not book this location ever again.

Hotel stay in Orlando MCO Area.
The hotel stay was booked for an overnight stay on my way back to Canada. The location was in a neat and clean area in a close proximity to the Orlando MCO airport. Service was good and staff was extremely cooperative. Some specific area maintenance is required, and was reported to the front desk.
