Disappointed with all the fees
Good location, close to gondola at Heavenly. Did not like the fact that they require you to valet your car for 35$ a day, you can not take your bags up to your room you have to use the bell hop service, they pretty much make you store your snowboard/ski gear in a designated area where you have to go pick it up in the morning. They charge an additional 50 resort fee each day, so many hidden costs. Be mindful of checking out there is a wait since you have to wait with everyone else to get your car from valet. I probably would not stay here again.

My day was horrible. We ordered root service never got it went to get seated at the restaurant that was nearly empty staffing. Noris wouldn’t see us to try to make things right they offered us a single free breakfast when there’s a family of four or one nights resort fee, which really didn’t make up for being woken up at 11 o’clock at night due to a fight that lasted for 45 minutes until the police showed up

Positives Hotel was in a great location near shops and restaurants, gondola and shuttles to heavenly ski resort. Room was spacious. Negatives were not as clean as expected, $50 resort fee for a gross dirty pool and spa with duty used towels scattered everywhere and a broken shower with dirty bathroom and clogged drains where pool deck was flooded and water everywhere. Jacuzzi was the grossest one I have ever seen with brownish green foam layered on top. Absolutely disgusting.

Horrible Views of Rood only.
We were so excited to have beautiful views as we live in flat Texas. We had 2 rooms for an entire week staring at the roof. My MIL who is 82 stayed in the room with zero view to enjoy. It ruined our entire trip to be honest. You would think that these would be the last rooms to be given out, also am also in the hospitality business.
This was what my disabled Mom stared at all week. Very Sad.
