The hotel was very nice and in a great location, close to the parks and most of attractions. Even though the sheets were not the cleanest ones and found some hair in the bathtub, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with many options and fresh coffee at the lobby at all times. The pool was very nice and clean. I highly recommend this hotel for your vacation.

I would not stay here again
The room was not ready when I checked in which was at 6pm. I waited for the cleaning person to finish up. The room smelled like smoke even though this is a smoke-free hotel. The tile floor that I watched get mopped was sticky all over until I wiped it down with a towel. Found stain and dried paint on bedding. The room was dated and not inviting at all.

Breakfast buffet was nice, room was clean and bed was very comfortable. We were only staying one night for an event but it was exactly what we needed. Only complaint would maybe be the cleanliness of some of the laundry. The towels provided in the bathroom had stains on some and hairs on others which kind of grossed me out but since we were only there to sleep I brushed it off. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel

To start,what i didnt like was the night shift staff. Got to the hotel around 11 or 12 at night on saturday, keys didnt work. When asked to the staff at the lobby if he speak spanish, for no reason got furious and theadned to call the cops. Ehen he calmed down proceeded to gave me new keys. That same day in the morning, the day staff gave keys to other guest to my same room, which the enter with me inside, while being naked. Not security what so ever, if i werent there, wouldnt got guarantee that my persobal things could get stolen. Didnt got wifi during my stay. After that everything else was good, hot water, a/c, breakfast.
