Rooms don't match the pictures, service at reception was very poor as they are always busy so don't care about your needs.
We arrived a day later due to cancelled flight, called the hotel to notify about our arrival time and when arrived, still had to wait for over 20mins for our room, this is just ridiculous as our room was paid and supposed to be ready from the day before.
Don't understand how this is a 4star hotel, there wasn't even a bottle of water in the room.
Also the fact that the only way to contact the hotel is by calling direct is very old fashioned and costs money when you call from a different country! no chat or email available (only after the check in), and the calls i've made about next day arrival were pointless as they haven't even addressed or prepared for it..
And please, don't comment that you care about your customers, as you don't :)
