A gem of a hotel!
I can't praise the Blanc Blue 1924 Boutique Hotel enough! The building is absolutely beautiful and very tastefully decorated, with attention to detail. It was totally to my taste and it was exactly like on the photos. The staff was absolutely lovely. They helped me so much and went out of their way to make this stay pleasant and easy. It was very clean. I loved my stay there and I enjoyed sitting in the lounge on a rocking chair which gave me this laid back Cuban vibe! It's nice that it's just a few steps from the Malecón by the sea. The neighbourhood is not the best but it is ideal for exploring Habana Vieja and Vedado, being just in the middle.

I spent 5 nights at Blanc Blue Hotel 1924 in the center of Havana and can highly recommend this stay! The staff is super friendly and accommodating, they explain to you everything you need to know, give you tipps for restaurants and advice what and what not to do when exploring the city. The room was spacious, clean, there is a mini fridge with refreshing drinks against charge, a working space downstairs and a beautiful terrace to enjoy your breakfast, where you can also see the sea. The rooms are quiet and come with aircondition. All in all, this family-run hotel provides everything you need at a very good price. I'll gladly come again :)

Is a very nice old classic building and renovated. Robert the Reservationist and Maite are very nice & helpful. The staff is very good & polite and if you need any recommendation they can assist you! Inside, Blanc Blue 1924 is gorgeously unique, eye catching, clean, and comfortable. The interior features and design are well crafted. Beautiful! The staff was attentive and helpful, especially Roberto. It’s conveniently located such that getting to attractions is easy, whether by car, on foot, or a combination of the two. Unless you’re going no further than Malecón, you’ll want a car. Outside of the hotel is quite gagging. Stray animals, mainly dogs, roam the area relieving themselves wherever they please. Huge trash bags were overfilled and smelled as though they’ve been that way for weeks. The humidity and heat were enough, but adding the stink and eyesores was disgusting.

Aaaamazing hotel, great prices and super helpful staff Its so beautiful and well kept The rooms are spacious and very clean! They serve breakfast- $6 for the basic and $10 for an elaborated one Wifi only works in the living room but its fine Roberto was a super host! Muy amable!!! Alina is super sweet also! If you are going to Varadero ask for the shared taxi so you will only spend $25 instead of $100 I thought very easy to walk to places, very close to the tourist spots!
