Not very clean
The room was not cleaned well. The bathroom had hair and candy or wax residue everywhere. When I ask them to address it, they promised they would but did not. they did fix the flickering bathroom light though.We returned from a day at the park to the same problem not a good stay.

NEEDS UPDATING BAD!
Room was not clean when we arrived. There was a used q-tip in the floor, toilet was not cleaned, and the was rust in the bathroom on things. The air conditioner did not work well, very warm in the room. Two of the elevators did not work at the hotel, the one that actually did was extremely cramped and super slow.

Stay in Kissimmee
Our stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites is Kissimmee was excellent! The hotel is very clean, the room was comfortable and loved that we were given many pillows to choose from. The full sized shampoo, body wash and lotion were a welcomed surprise! The only thing we weren't happy with was the rough towels, the hotel should invest in some much needed fabric softener. We were grateful for the various amenities, pool and hot tub were great, but were disappointed with the lack of equipment in the gym. The location was perfect, close to the airport and there were many restaurants and entertainment options nearby. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to our friends!
