Perfect Eras Tour Hotel
It was incredible. We came in for the weekend to see Taylor Swift at The Eras tour. The entire experience at this hotel was better than any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everyone was so kind and helpful and anytime we needed something they were on top of it. The entire hotel was decorated and we even got friendship bracelets at check in. I wish I could go back and relive every second. We could not have been more happy and comfortable there. Would love to return someday in the future!!

Hyatt Regency Indianapolis Big disappointment
The only saving grace about this hotel was the Eagles Nest Restaurant, a revolving restaurant, on the top floor. I commend the hostess/manager, Mulay, who is very efficient and friendly. She also was filling in during the Breakfast/Lunch and one of the busiest days.I was there for the TS concert.
I was there for three days. On one of those days I had to keep asking for Cleaning Service. The women finally came at 3 PM. She was in and out of the room. She never vacuumed nor dusted. I don’t know what she did in the bathroom, and I didn’t see that it was particularly impressive.
Heat was not working for one day. I must say that the woman who came was knowledgeable and solved the problem.
I would not recommend this hotel. It is relatively expensive not to get superlative service.

I pre-paid for one night when I booked on Hotels.com, when I arrived they said that they hadn’t received my payment from the 3rd party so I had to pay them if I wanted a room bring my total to $850 for 2 nights when the advertised price was $209 a night. I wast also forced to pay another $92 for parking because it is not included! Total spent for 2 nights plus parking $942, totally not worth that much!

Check in and staff were great very helpful. Room itself was good everything seemed to be clean. Only downfall was there was a white sheer curtain and had a lot of stains looked almost like blood or something similar in color. Kind of a bummer but we overcame that and everything else was good.

Nice hotel but noisy.
Place is ok, great location.
The faucet in the bathroom was loose as was the sink. I do t understand keeping microwaves by the ice machines and only on certain floors. The elevators are painfully slow. We waited for almost 10 minutes when 4 should’ve been running and only two were. The night before we saw a line to get on that went through the lobby.
The open concept of the hotel is nice however we were ten floors up and could hear people in the bar at 1am yelling and laughing. And the drag racing outside on the downtown streets is not easy to sleep to either. I understand that is not something the hotel can control but the noise is bothersome. Valet was easy and fast.
When we checked into our room, there was very loud music coming from next room. I called the front desk and they told me it was housekeeping in the next room. I felt this was rude and inappropriate.
Bed was ok, pillows were terrible. I couldn’t get the AC or air to come on for than a minute at a time.
