8/10 Good
"Very happy with this hotel overall. 4 stars instead of 5 for a few small reasons. Laundry is SUPER expensive compared to other hotels and laundry services in the country. And the checkout is really early, 10am. Also, don’t get the patio view rooms. We stayed here twice, a couple days before and few days after the Inca Trail. The first stay we booked a Patio View room and your room is very close to a busy road so it’s noisy. The second time we got just a regular standard room and it was so peaceful with a beautiful view of their garden. We also were never given a room upgrade or food & drink discount, even though it was listed as a perk for Expedia Platinum accounts. Other hotels have gone above and beyond with this perk and with this hotel, nothing. Small thing though. Their spa really did help with soreness after the Inca trail. It’s a bit more expensive compared to other massages advertised in the area, but I was also told that the cheaper massages are not good quality."

"Excellent service by everyone in the hotel. Food in the restaurant pretty good as well. Señor Eleodoro and team, including Marcelo and Catherine or Jacqueline (may be wrong) but what we really remember was her smiles at all the times. What a nice lady! Even the door men, always welcoming with good manners! Thanks to all! Will be back for sure!"

"El hotel es de maravilla todo lindo y limpio pero el ruido de los club es bastante molesto desde las 7pm hasta 6 am no deja a nadie dormir ! Tiene que hacer algo de eso. Deben de dejar una descripción de qué hay clubs cerca así uno puedo considerar si quedarse o no porque si hubiese sabido que eso iba pasar no hubiese rentado ahí . Uno no puede descansar de tanta ruido deberían considerar eso . Eso 3 días no durmimos nada."

For more affordable rates, consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, striking a balance between cost and accessibility to the places you intend to visit.
