If you're planning a bit of sightseeing during your trip, head to Skanderbeg Square— just one of the monuments in central Tirana. You could also start your cultural experience by heading over to the museums in the area.
Imagine strolling along Sarande Ferry Terminal for some great waterfront pics. It's located 1.5 mi (2.4 km) from central Sarandë. If you carry on walking you'll get to Port of Sarandë and Saranda Beach for some more water views.
After visiting Ministry of Defense, make a plan to see the other sights and activities in Tirana. While you're here, you can savor the top-notch restaurants.
"We were there for 8 days. The hotel was new and clean. The staff were freindly and helpful. It is an easy 20min walk to the promenade with excellent resturants and shops along the way. The one suprise was that it is not actually a beach-front hotel and doesn't own any umbrellas. The beach is a 5min walk away with umbrellas owned by two different hotels. You can rent the umbrellas for the day for €10-€15, cash only. Overall, a lovely stay."
