"The beach area is a nice part of the Israeli coast. The sand was not combed when we were there-there are cigarette butts, plastic cups. A single shower area. Hotel staff showed up with towels only at 09:30 AM! Also life guard service ends at 18:00, although there is daylight until almost 20:00. We reserved a family unit which is quite spacious but run down. Old furniture, drab curtains, "kitchenette" consists of small fridge, electric kettle and sink. Sheets are good quality but pillows and...

is pretty good. There's also plenty of parking, though can get a bit tough when it's busiest.
My only problem with the hotel (though minor) is that there are only 2 small elevators that is not sufficient for the amount of guests that the hotel is designed for.

"I stayed at the Domus Hotel in Bat Galim, Haifa for over a month, and it was a fantastic experience that truly justifies all the great reviews it gets. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

"We had a wonderful stay in this restored mansion house. The rooms and public areas have stunning high ceilings. There are artworks in every corner. It is like a museum, The bedroom, bathroom, beds, and linen were perfect. The position is in the heart of the old city overlooking the sea. We did stretching exercises every morning on the balcony where the management had left gym mats. The outstanding

We had no hot water in the bathroom sink our entire stay of 2 1/2 days. We also wished we could have opened our windows. They were locked and we missed having fresh air instead of the air conditioner, especially in the evenings when it was not as hot as during the day. The pool area also needs a makeover. A cozy room with everything necessary with an exterior terrace to relax. You can enjoy a covered jacuzzi in your stay too.
