"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed with their politeness, professionalism, and genuine warmth. They are incredibly respectful, always ready to help, and consistently go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. Their beautiful smiles truly brighten the atmosphere.
The room was spotless every day—clean, fresh, and well-maintained, which made my stay even more relaxing. The hotel’s location is excellent as well, making it easy to get around and enjoy the surrounding area.
The food was another highlight—delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. You can tell the hotel takes great pride in the quality of their cuisine.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and exceptional hospitality. I will definitely return next time with my family!"

"The room was large and spotless and the view of Table Mountain was spectacular. The little gifts left after turndown were a beautiful touch, quite fitting to the whole hotel. Last but no least the guest experience staff and concierge staff were amazing and made our visit that bit more special. If we can, we will definately be back."
"Absolutely fantastic breakfast buffet. Nice relaxing area for drinks/tapas. Spacious clean & secure room with view of Table Mountain. Pick-up airport service (booked through hotel but not included in room rate) was efficient and friendly. The hotel is a long & somewhat complicated walk from the V&A waterfront and the cruise terminal. The free boat-shuttle to the waterfront was not operating because it was too windy, and the free shuttle bus schedule was not convenient for our schedule, so we ended up using a taxi service to both. If you are looking for a premium upscale property, this is not that. However, for its class, I give it five stars and would happily stay there again. "
