"We arrived in Zurich before our check in time. The hotel stored our luggage safely! When we returned that evening to check in to our room, we were told that the room had two separate twin beds. They asked if we would like for housekeeping to come make them up together. Housekeeping arrived very promptly and made up our bed for us! They also provided us with an electric kettle that worked when I mentioned ours was not working! The next morning, we caught the shuttle to the airport with no problem. There was a small fee per person for the shuttle. The only difficulty we had was working the thermostat. It got quite warm in our room overnight. We finally just turned it off and were comfortable."
"Great location, easy bus ride from the airport and dropped off right at the property. Check-in was fast and smooth. I arrived after the restaurant closed, but there’s a McDonald’s next door and other food options across the street. Staff were friendly and well-informed. Ideal stay for a long layover."
"The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, just steps from Zurich Airport and an easy walk to The Circle, where you’ll find plenty of shopping and dining options. Getting around is simple, with train stations, trams and buses all nearby. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, and the overall layout never felt cramped. Staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and stress-free."
