"We stayed here one night before heading back to the airport, had a lovely day in the pool with the kids and super easy to organise taxi to airport direct from hotel. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice, staff all very professional and friendly. "

"Mood Matuna was more than I could have asked for! They presented me with a bottle of champagne upon my arrival for my birthday which happened to be the 492 birthday for Cartagena as well! Sara, Natalia, Dylan, Bralan, & Luis were so accommodating and very sweet, genuine staff that helped me navigate the city. The hotel is perfectly centered by the park & 5 minute walking distances to everywhere you need to go! I will definitely be back! "

"I never check in the taxi driver did not want to go down the road to hotel. He said it was dangerous and advised me not to stay the I had to stay at a different hotel. Try to contact someone at Expedia several times. And was not able to. The worst customer service ever this is the 2nd time I booked on this site and the same problem. Did not get my problem resolved and lost my money. You guys just robbed me Worst experience. "
