Cool but Misses the Mark.
we had a long 7 hour drive prior to our arrival, we were tired. we were not able to enter our room for approx 30 min since the information/directions we were given did not work and someone on staff had misplaced the keys to the room. the bed for the room was upstairs in a tight space and the stairs were not cool going up to it... especially if your over 40. the grounds could use some cleaning and maintenance. some staff would be good to assist guests, it did have some charm to it but lacked detail imo.

Fun hotel in downtown Marfa
Great stay. Very cute and cozy hotel in the heart of downtown Marfa. Fire pits, sitting areas, next door to homemade scones! All good. My only issue- there was not a wine opener in the room. Other than that all good! Would definitely return.

Quite refuge downtown Marfa
The apartment is cute, cozy, quiet and the gardens are lovely. I never could get the HVAC systems to adjust with the directions & remote controls provided… and the fans only know one speed, HIGH, but I was really only sleeping there, and it was late when I’d get in.. so I just let that bit go. Appreciated having ice cube trays that were filled and ready to deploy in the freezer.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The Lincoln is located in the heart of Marfa and is great home-base for trips to the McDonald Observatory and Big Bend. The Lincoln is a special property with plenty of outdoor seating. Our room was in the back of the space and felt like a private cabin. We really enjoyed having the french press for morning coffee and the projection device for streaming. It was quiet except when the train came through town (although it is several blocks away).

This is a unique property with eclectic and tasteful decor. The unit we had queen bed and large living space which included a dining table. There was an adjoining kitchen area with a full size fridge stove microwave and fully equipped. We extended our stay as we had so much fun exploring Marfa. Spent an evening in the courtyard enjoying a campfire!
