This is a first-class hotel in a charming and isolated locale. When checking in we asked if we could have a sea view -- we were told we had a corner room with a side view and a sea view out the front of a huge window. There were two wingback chairs facing the sea. The bar full of locals turned out to be a total hoot. We met both proprietors, and found them most personable.

New owners - great service
It is great to see the hotel has new owners and they are like a breath of fresh air. If you have not been for a while would recommend you give it another go. Decor is starting to look a bit tired in places - however it doesn’t take away from the quality of the service
