4 yıl önce giden bir arkadaşımın önerisiyle birlikte gittik. Ancak 4 yıl önceki haliyle karşılaştırdığında bakımsız, yeşil alan oranı, kahvaltı çeşitliliği ve kalitesinin düştüğünü söyledi. Ayrıca pandemi tedbirleri konusunda çok zayıflar. Pandemi tedbiri yok denecek düzeyde. Oda değişiklik talebimizi çözüm bulmak yerine her seferinde farklı bir sebeple reddettiler. Musluklar akıtmasına rağmen 3-4 sefer söyledikten sonra tamir ettiler.

Hayatımda gördüğüm en pis oteldi. Asla çarşaf ve havlu değiştirilmiyor. Bu dönemde de değiştirmeyeceklerse çok sorun var bence. Oda temizliği sadece yerleri kapsıyormuş. Biz odayı teslim aldığımızda banyo kum içindeydi. Çamaşır suyu alıp kendimiz temizledik. Olacak iş değil.

Kapanmış otele rezervasyon!

Hotels.com’dan rezervasyonumu yapıp konaklamak için otele gittiğimde otelin 1 aydır kapalı olduğunu öğrendim!! Hem tatilim rezil oldu hem de tekrar otel satın almak zorunda kaldığımdan olması gerekenin çok üzerinde ödeme yapmak zorunda kaldım. Hotels.com u kesinlikle kullanmayacağım.
